This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for Tenbyte AI's Document Review System and associated services. This Refund Policy works in conjunction with our Usage Policy and Legal Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained within these policies.
No-Refund Policy
Tenbyte AI maintains a strict no-refund policy for all purchases and subscriptions of our Document Review System. All sales are final and non-refundable.
Reasons for No-Refund Policy
1. Our service provides immediate access to our AI-powered document review capabilities
2. Users are granted access to our secure processing environment
3. Resources are allocated for document processing and analysis
4. System usage begins immediately upon access grant
5. The System operates on a Zero-Retention Policy for document processing
SPECIFIC NON-REFUNDABLE SCENARIOS
1. Violation of Usage Policy or Legal Policy, including but not limited to:
(a) Unauthorised use of the system
(b) Submission of prohibited content
(c) Attempts to bypass security measures
(d) Violation of data protection requirements
(e) Misuse of analysis results or Draft Corrections
(f) Breach of intellectual property provisions.
2. Non-compliance with Data Usage Requirements:
(a) Submission of unauthorised data
(b) Violation of document handling protocols
(c) Breach of confidentiality requirements
(d) Failure to maintain proper authorisation for document processing
(e) Improper handling of Draft Corrections or compliance reports
3. Technical Issues:
(a) Failure to meet minimum system requirements as specified in the Usage Policy
(b) Internet connectivity issues on user's end
(c) Browser compatibility issues
(d) User's hardware limitations
(e) Issues arising from user's local environment or configuration
4. Service Limitations:
(a) Temporary unavailability due to system updates or maintenance
(b) Processing delays during periods of high demand
(c) Changes in functionality due to technical updates
(d) Limitations resulting from factors beyond Tenbyte AI's control
USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users are responsible for:
1. Reading and understanding all policies before purchase
2. Ensuring their system meets technical requirements as specified in the Usage Policy
3. Maintaining proper authorisation for document processing
4. Following all security and usage protocols
5. Saving and exporting compliance reports promptly as they are not retained by the System
6. Ensuring qualified personnel review and interpret Draft Corrections
SERVICE EXPECTATIONS
1. As specified in our Legal Policy, Tenbyte AI will make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure System availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
2. Support response times are target goals rather than guarantees and may vary based on support volume, complexity of the issue, and available resources.
3. The quality and consistency of AI-generated content, including Draft Corrections, may fluctuate as AI technology evolves.
SERVICE TERMINATION
As outlined in our Legal Policy, Tenbyte AI reserves the right to terminate service access immediately and without prior notice for policy violations or breach of terms, without refund. Tenbyte AI may also suspend or terminate service at its sole discretion with 7 days' notice for operational, technical, or business reasons.
DISPUTES
Any disputes regarding this policy shall be handled according to the dispute resolution procedures outlined in Section 9 of our Legal Policy, which includes:
1. Informal resolution through good-faith negotiations
2. Mediation before proceeding to binding arbitration
3. Arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association
GOVERNING LAW
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action arising under this Policy shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
